Wyden Question on Northwest National Marine Renewable Energy Center Funding

January 28, 2014- Senator Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) ask David Danielson (Assistant Secretary, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy U.S. Department of Energy) how funding for the Northwest National Marine Renewable Energy Center can be restored since Congress already allocated it.
