Wyden Chairs Energy Subcommittee with BLM Director Part 2

Wyden Question & Answer: On Wednesday, August 3, 2011, Senator Ron Wyden (D-Ore) chaired the Senate Energy Committee on Public Lands and Forests Subcommittee Hearing to consider legislation to extend the royalty relief for soda ash and to expand geothermal energy production. During the hearing, Wyden asked Bureau of Land Management Director Robert Abbey about major errors in county payment calcuations.
