Wyden in Budget on Health Care Cost Containment

July 30, 2013- Senator Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) asks witnesses in Senate Budget Committee hearing on health care costs how transparency in Medicare costs by granting public access to the Medicare claims database can drive down costs. Senator Wyden also highlights the need to better coordinate care for seniors with chronic illnesses to lower Medicare's costs and ensure it's existence for future genereations.
