January 15, 2014- U.S. Senators Ron Wyden, D-Ore., and Johnny Isakson, R-Ga., and U.S. Representatives Erik Paulsen, R-Minn., and Peter Welch, D-Vt., introduce the Better Care, Lower Cost Act.
