Help with a Federal Agency - Veterans

Navigating the sea of bureaucratic red tape can be difficult for anyone and my staff works regularly with veterans, their family members, and veterans’ advocates to resolve issues that arise from working with the VA and other federal agencies.

Please contact my office if you have a problem or grievance with the Veterans Administration or if you have questions about eligibility for federal programs and benefits. Although my staff and I can’t guarantee a particular outcome, we will do all that we can to make sure your concerns are adequately addressed.

First, for help, please complete the request form below. You may submit it online or print and mail or fax it to my office. If your issue is urgent, time sensitive or you’d prefer to speak to my staff first, please call my office at (503) 326-7525.

Second, before we can assist you, we will need to ask that you send us a completed and signed Privacy Act Release form. Please print and return this form to my Portland office by fax or mail:
